Pressuring Module

A Pressure Module is a self-contained air handling unit used to maintain positive or negative pressure differentials in cleanrooms, modular operation theatres (MOTs), labs, and pharmaceutical environments to control contamination and airflow direction between adjacent zones.

Purpose of a Pressure Module:

  • To maintain pressure differentials between clean and less-clean areas.
  • To ensure clean air flows from cleaner to dirtier zones (in positive pressure rooms).
  • To prevent contaminants from escaping a room (in negative pressure rooms).
  • To meet GMP, NABH, WHO, and ISO 14644 cleanroom compliance.
