Air Curtains

An air curtain (also called an air door) is a device installed over doorways or entrances that blows a controlled stream of air across the opening. This creates an invisible barrier that separates two different environments without a physical door.

Purpose and Benefits

  • Energy Efficiency: Helps maintain temperature inside a building by preventing hot or cold air from escaping.
  • Pest Control: Keeps insects, dust, and pollutants from entering.
  • Comfort: Prevents drafts, keeping indoor spaces more comfortable.
  • Hygiene: Often used in restaurants, hospitals, and food processing plants to reduce contamination.
  • Noise Reduction: Helps minimize noise entering or leaving a space.
